For Direct Mail, once all items arrived will be arranged for shipment.
For Mass Consolidated Shipment, orders will be shipped on every month end. Thus, all orders and payments must be made by 20th of the month. Orders placed before this date, will be arranged to be shipped by end of the same month, otherwise, it will follow the next shipment.

What about taxes? How are you going to deal with these with they reach the customs?
If you mean GST: SG Custom charges 7% GST if value of package + shipping reaches SGD400 and above. GST will be calculated and you will be informed accordingly. This is to be paid when collecting package.
For Mass Consolidated Shipment, GST will have to be paid to us on your 2nd payment. We will pay ICA when we collect the package.
For Direct Mail, if your package exceeds SGD400, you will pay GST to ICA for collection. If less than SGD400, no GST.
