A) Direct Mail from USA to your Residence via USPS - means no waiting for others orders:
i) First Class Mail (No Tracking Number and No Insurance), 7 to 10 working days;
ii) Priority Mail (With Tracking Number), cost additional about USD$10 more than First Class Mail for a more secure transaction, 7 to 10 working days;
iii) Express Mail (With Tracking Number and Some Insurance), cost additional about USD$15 more than Priority Mail, 3 to 5 working days.
*Additional insurance can be bought if you wish to. You can email me for more details on insurance coverage by US post office.
Estimated Shipping Charges (Postage is dependant on weight of items):
1) Small items : ~ USD$5-15 (First Class Mail)
2) Small bags : ~ USD$15 – 20 (First Class Mail)
3) Medium Bags : ~ USD$20 – 30 (First Class Mail)
4) Large Bags: ~ USD$50-60 (Priority Mail)

B) Mass Consolidated Shipment to Singapore.
Orders will be consolidated and items will be shipped altogether back to SG. This will help to defray shipping cost among all the buyers. Shipment will be via USPS and charges will also be dependant on weight and insurance will definitely be bought to have a piece of mind.
We will try to limit the total value per shipment to be below SGD$400 to prevent GST tax by SG Customs. If this cannot be done, you'll be notified as GST will have to be included in your 2nd payment.
LuvUSA reserves the right to cancel the Mass Consolidation Shipment if majority chooses to ship direct from USA to their residence as it will defeat the purpose of defraying the shipment cost by Mass Consolidation Shipment. In the event of this occurs, you will be updated accordingly.
Once shipment arrives in Singapore, you will be contacted to arrange for collection at Bugis MRT Station. Collection time will only be arranged between 7pm - 10pm on weekdays, and 1pm - 3pm on weekends.
If you wish it to be delivered to you, there'll be a additional SGD$10/- for the door to door service. Delivery time can only be arranged on weekends.
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks of processing before shipment. Once item/s in hand, we will proceed to request for your items to be shipped using US Postal Service(USPS). Any necessary top up or refund will have to be done accordingly within 24hrs. LuvUSA reserves the right to cancel the order if balance payment is not made within 2 days of notification, and NO refund will be made. Upon receiving your top up (if any), your items will be shipped and you will be updated with the tracking reference. In the event if the shipping cost is lesser than the above stated, you will be refunded accordingly.
LuvUSA will not be liable for any duty & tax incurred at destination country for all international shipments (from USA to any other countries).
